C. Michael Tarone has more than three decades of experience helping corporate and individual clients. An accomplished trial lawyer, Mr. Tarone practices before Federal and state courts throughout the Eastern United States, specializing in complex commercial fraud litigation, contract disputes, and representation of commercial interests in disputes with state and local governments involving leases, contracts, and government regulation. He also has represented numerous individual plaintiffs in civil litigation, including federal and state civil rights laws related to disability, whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, sexual harassment and police brutality.

Mr. Tarone has extensive experience with insurance company formation and compliance with state regulatory requirements involving health care and general liability for surplus lines insurance. He also assists nonprofit entities on all matters unrelated to taxation, and he advises candidates for federal office with regard to compliance with election laws.
